                                                  BD Degree from Serampore University.

 

                                                  Doctor of Theology in Administration from Asia Baptist Graduate

                                                  Theological Seminary, Baguio City, Philippines

                                                  in 1995.

 

                                                   Diploma in Conflict Transformation from Eastern

                                                   Mennonite University, Harrisonburg, Virginia.

                                                   USA in 1998.

 

Professional Experiences    :  Served as Executive Secretary, Konyak Baptist

                                                  Association during 1981 to 1984.

 

                                                  Served as Associate General Secretary, Nagaland

                                                  Baptist Church Council during 1987 to 1988.

 

                                                  Served as General Secretary, Nagaland Baptist

                                                  Church Council during 1989 to 1988.

 

                                                  Served as Director of Development under Nagaland

                                                  Baptist Church Council during 1999 to 2005.

 

International Experiences    : Served as General Council member of the Asian

                                                  Baptist Federation and the Baptist World Alliance

                                                  during 1992 to 1998.

 

                                                 Served on the Human Right Commission of the

                                                 Baptist World Alliance.

 

                                                  Served as Assistant Director, Medical Ministry

                                                  International during 2002 – 2005.
