           Procedure followed in the decision making process, including channels of supervision and accountability. 

          Any application/order/correspondence/complaints, when received by the Director (HOD) he endorsed the same to the respective branch through the Officer in charge. The staff from the branch takes up the matter following the instruction from the officer(s) in charge. Ultimately, on receiving the file HOD makes/takes decision after verification of the findings/notings given by the respective officer(s) and staffs from the section.
